Missing package

Hello! I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago that was expected to be delivered Monday Jan. 8, 2024. It has been 5 days past estimated delivery date & there have been no updates since Monday. I have contacted USPS & put in a service request to find the package. What will happen if my package is lost? Will Sephora refund me or will they reship my exact items? How long does this entire process take? I've placed online orders before & have never had an issue until now. Please help!

My package also hasn’t come yet it was supposed to come like 4-5 days ago I’m so sad because I had a birthday gift for one of my friends and now she can’t even get it I have no idea we’re it is

Hi Laurie! I received your message & tried responding in the app but there was no option to reply. If USPS is unable to deliver the package I'll just get a refund & get the items in store near me. Kind of disappointing because I was looking fwd to the sample but hopefully the package will be delivered. Thanks for all your help!
