Missing package

It is my first time shopping with SEPHORA , WORST DECISION EVER . I recently purchased two colognes that was a good amount of money and I have not yet to receive my package, I tried to reach out to customer service thru the live chat but they where very difficult and not helpful whatsoever, after waiting 20 min for a response they tell me that I cannot get a refund or a re-shipment . Really disappointed with SEPHORA. 😞
