Missing order

Hi,

I made an order for my birthday earlier in which I thought would be sent to the parcel box which is the usual case. Until I took a look at the photo the driver took which was in front of my house (order arrived few days earlier). I just came back today since I was out of city- and saw the box wasn’t there anymore. If there’s anything that can be done please let me know, I’d appreciate the help if possible 😭😭😭
