Missing items

The last several orders u received from Sephora have been missing the free items that I had picked out. The first one was the free mini perfume from Versace. I specifically ordered enough items to meet the minimum amount of order to qualify and then to not receive the free item is just annoying!

 

The second problematic order was the recent one I just received. I tried to get the Versace perfume again but it said because I picked it from the last order I made, I can no longer get it so I chose the La mer mini moisturizer. The order took a week to arrive. Again, missing free items. I mean. At this point Sephora is going to lose a customer. This is ridiculous.

- missing Versace trial size perfume 

 

- missing all free items including
