Missing items in order

I placed an order for my friends birthday.

lots of items were missing and Sephora is not wiling to refund or reship as the parcel shows delivered

the parcel was delivered YES but inside the parcel items were missing. I’ve reached out to customer service x5 and been told I’d get help multiple times . And no one has helped me.

i am out almost $1000.00

on top of this, this was a birthday gift sent to my friend so it’s nothing but embarrassing for me.
