I placed a large order during the Sephora VIB sale, and paid $10.95 for 2-Day shipping because my order contains gifts that need to be sent abroad in the next few days. My package arrived today, and the box was bent, slightly open, and 2 items are missing (OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Eye Cream and Sephora Cream Lip Stain). I'm attaching photos for further explanation and illustration.
I'd appreciate it if you could arrange for these two missing items to arrive ASAP due to the nature of the order, as explained above.
