Missing item

I’m still missing my item - Afternoon Delight by Maison Margiela that cost $165. No one wants to help me even though my freight forwarding company showed videographic evidence that the item was never delivered. I am a loyal customer, I have never had an issue before and this policy is very discriminatory. I should be refunded or have my item delivered because it never was in the box! It is not right that I paid for an item and it was never delivered. This policy is very unfair. Please can Sephora assist me. This policy should not apply when there is proof that the item was never delivered. 
please help
