Missing item

I placed an order that was split into 2 packages. I received both boxes but my second box is missing the cologne I purchased! I have videos of me opening both boxes but it won’t let me upload them! Who would I send the videos to as proof?This was supposed to be a gift and I had to go buy something else for him! I want a refund
