Missing item

Hello there,

I had made a haul purchase in-store during the VIB 20% sale. When I got home, I stored away the shopping bag with all my other beauty products because all of what I bought were back-up items for later use as I was still finishing up some products. Now that it has been 2 weeks, I ran out of a product (MAKEUP FOREVER Senseyes Remover) and when I looked inside the shopping bag from my purchase, it is not in there. I was charged for it on my receipt, but I realized it did not come home with me. I was wondering if there is any way to get the product now? Thank you in advance.
