Missing item in my order

Hi, I received an order after weeks of placing it and one product was missing, what should I do? The IT cosmetics CC cream wasn't in the box, and it was perfectly sealed when I got it.

Sorry, I did not know where to reply, thankfully is the first time I´ve got an issue with an order.

The formula is the CC+ Cream with SPF 50+ in Shade LIGHT MEDIUM
