Missing item from online order

For those who has a missing item from their online order, what did you do? I just got home to open my package from Sephora and realized an item in the order is missing but is listed in the packing slip. What do I do?

@ceedotlee If you live in Canada or US, call Sephora CS at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) regarding your missing item. I had the same issue with my last online order and they were very professional and prompt with getting my missing item to me.
