Missing item from delivery

Hi, I ordered online for Sam day delivery but received only 4/5 items ordered but my receipt says that the 5 items were delivered... is there a customer service email or something? The number I called says they're opened Saturdays but I think they may be closed this weekend 😞 I'm missing the OUAI AIR FOAM
