Missing/broken items - Sephora denies help

I had a large order and 4 items were missing, one item was broken. Same issue during sale end of 2022. So Sephora customer service told me that they can’t reship or refund the items because they helped me with this issue before. What kind of support is that? I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in the last years with Sephora, it’s not my fault that the warehouse is not packing correctly and that a glass bottle just gets thrown inside and breaks. I’m supposed to be out of pocket for almost $300 because Sephora can’t provide proper order fulfillment??? This is ridiculous and absolutely not acceptable.
