Missing an item in my order

I recently ordered. I got three out of the four items I ordered. Also, the box was not the normal sephora box or label I am used to seeing. It looks to me like someone opened the package and took one item out and repackaged it. It also had no packing slip. I am missing Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow PHA + BHA Pore-Tight Toner-5.07 oz/ 150 mL

ITEM #2348431 I would much prefer this item be sent to me instead of a refund as I used Klarna for a payment method.

Hi there, I have the same issue, an item missing but I don’t know who I should contact. Any help? The stupid thing is that I only ordered one item and the box I received only had the samples and reward I pick.
