Missing W2

I am a former employee. I never got my w2 in the mail. I am locked out of Dayfoce. I sent --- a completed W-2 Replacement form. They didn't send me my W2. I went into the store where I worked. They tried to help me with the Dayforce login. It didn't work. I was given the number 1(877)7374672 to call for help. I called, and they told me to talk to email --- . However, I already have.

I am at a loss for what I need to do.

The IRS website says to call them if I haven't received my W2 by the end of Febuary.

I rather just get my W2 than deal with that.
