Missing/Stolen Package

I placed an almost $300 order at the beginning of the month & today while out of town (literally visiting my nearest Sephora) I got an email that my package was delivered, however when I arrived home it was no where to be found. I ordered a lot of Gucci Beauty so I’m extremely sad. 😭 Do I have options? Any help is appreciated!
