Missing/Stole Package or not delivered

Package stolen, misplaced or not delivered and sephora, as always, won't do anything about. I recently made a 200$ order and I was waiting for it happily since it was a gift. I been waiting all day and since and see it didn't get here I decided to contact sephora about the order. To which they told it was delivered. I found it strange I didn't see anything outside and I even ask my neighbor's and supervisor of the building it if any of them saw or hold my package to give to me later, turns out they don't have it. I guess I just loss 200$. This always happens everytime I order from sephora. It doesn't happen with any other store.
