Missing Samples

One of the main reasons I subscribed to flash shipping was the samples. This is literally the 3rd time of my last few orders that came without any at all. I always look forward to samples, that's how I find more items I love. ☹ It always shows that I've received them online, but they legit never arrive. How can I stop this from further occurring?
