Missing Samples on 3 Orders

For orders:

I ordered a Armani perfume sample, a Tatcha Enzyme Sample, and a Replica Jazz Club Sample. I received 0/3 of these samples. 

I ordered a Gloss Clean Luxury Shampoo sample, Tarte Mask sample card, and Tatch Rize Enzyme sample. I received 0/3 of these samples. 

I ordered Replica Jazz Club perfume sample, Gloss Shampoo sample, and Fresh Rose Face Mask sample. I received 0/3 of these samples. 

THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDER THESE SAMPLES WITH HIGH ANTICIPATION AROUND TRYING THESE PRODUCTS AND LOOK FOR THE SAMPLES IN EACH OF MY PURCHASES. THREE CONTINUOUS ORDERS WITH 0 SAMPLES IS UNEXCEPTABLE... I was going to ignore 1 shipment with no samples but simply cant for 3! Please contact me at
