Missing Samples, First Impressions

Hi there! 

I am a new customer to Sephora and recently made my first online purchase. 

First, I'd like to thank you for the timely shipping, ease of ordering and the option to receive free samples. Overall, my first experience with your business hasn't been displeasing. The only quam I have is the recurring issue with samples. 

I received my package with the products I ordered and only one of three samples, which sadly wasn't one of the three I had selected. I understand that sometimes substitutions must be made; it happens. My only trouble is that I am highly allergic to one of the ingredients in the substitution sample I received - which is why I specifically avoided selecting that sample. I understand that not much can be done at this point to remedy the situation, as it's an issue with the warehouse. I see that two of the three samples I initially chose are still in stock, though one is not, again, understandable. 

However, this seems to be a recurring issue that I see several customers have complained about and addressed in reviews and forums on this site. My question is simply, when is this issue going to be corrected for your customers? 

I, as stated previously, did enjoy my experience doing business with Sephora, overall; and I am grateful that we are being given the option to try out new products from great brands. I would love to receive samples that I can benefit from to aid in my decision to purchase the actual product from your company in the future. It is my sincere hope that this matter can be addressed and resolved so that customers, brands and Sephora can all benefit from the exceptional service your business provides.
