Missing Sale list on mobile app

I'm using Sephora mobile app v20.14 and trying to see the list of Sale. It worked till few days ago by navigating to Sale and Offers but now when I click on it I see only Beauty Offers instead of Sale and Beauty Offers. Is there a way to access sales list on mobile app? thanks

quick tip: if you search "sale" it will show you the list of items 🙂

Hi @mlili,

I am sorry about this. When you select Sale and Offers, there should be items available from our oh snap! deals and "view all". Select, "View All" to see the rest of the sale section. I hope this helps!

I was doing exactly what you mentioned before and i was able to load the Sale list last week. However there is no way to get to Sale list after mobile app upgraded to v20.14. Would you be able to post a screenshot of how it appears on your side? thanks

Thank you for suggestion. But I will not switch from mobile app to website or desktop to place orders. Could you please direct me where should I log a regression bug for your mobile app v20.14 so that development team fixes it? Thank you

@mlili I may suggest using our mobile app instead of mobile site or visiting our website on a desktop if you continue having any trouble. On a desktop, you can view our Oh Snap offers as well as our Beauty Offers here:

Yes, I think it's a bug as well. hope they fix it soon
