Missing Reward Purchase

I ordered a clinique chubby stick moisturizer with 100 points (yay finally found something in the points that i loved!!). After not getting my samples in the last two, it looks like they checked through my order, but i guess thought the clinique sample i picked was my 100 pt reward? I'm SO annoyed and after this being the 3rd order in a row with things missing, I'm 100% not renewing my flash shipping - not worth it!
