Missing Reward Points

Hello, I have been noticing that the points for two of my past purchases at Sephora never got added. One I purchased at the Sephora in Kohl’s a week or two ago. And today I spent $70 in store and the points never showed up. When I entered my number, the cashier did say I have two accounts but they’re both under the same email. Could the points have went to my other account, even though they’re under the same email? Please help!

Thank you for sending the PM I don’t have a phone number but the other email would be --- but my original account would be under --- I have tried to find the other account but I know for sure that she has not added points to the other account
