Missing Package

My package was marked as delivered but when I went to check on the door nothing was there. I checked around too and asked my neighbors and still nothing. I also went around neighborhood if the truck that does the shipment was there and no. This is the second time this has happened to me and im very disappointed. The first time it was a big order about $200 and they reshipped it for me. This time they’re not able to give me a refund because of my first missing package. 
i buy pretty regularly at Sephora and it sucks to have these kind of problems.
