Missing Package

Hi 

My package was due to arrive today, the FedEx tracking said it arrived, the Sephora site said it arrived but there are no packages on my porch. Not sure what to do???? I started filling out the fed ex claims form online but I can't find the address Sephora ship from in western Canada. Any ideas????

Hi @MeeL14, sorry to hear that! Sometimes, tracking information can be updated prematurely, so I recommend waiting 24 hours to see if your package turns up. In the meantime, I recommend checking all around the front of your home, as well as with any neighbors or other members of your household to see if someone else picked it up on your behalf. If you're unable to locate it by tomorrow, please let us know!
