Missing Order

I have been in contact with support 5 times regarding the same issue and I am upset with how poorly it is being handled. My order has never

arrived, yet I am still being charged for it. Everytime I speak with support they tell me they have refunded the full amount to my card yet there is no form of refund whatsoever. I am tired of being given the runaround talking to support explaining my situation every single time.

Yes it is this exact order, I have been told that the refund was processed yet according to my Venmo, the card provider that I used, I am still being charged.
