Missing Item

Unfortunately, last week I did and order by writing wrong shipping address. The customer representatives corrected the answer but during this process something has happened and one of the product is missed, and I haven't received any refund. Also I received email that my order delivered to wrong address I think this missing product is delivered to wrong address.
