Missing Item

I recently ordered a few things and just received my package today. Everything was in my package except for my mini Natasha Denona lila palette. The invoice says it should be in here but its not. I’ve ordered from Sephora multiple times and this has never happened! It’s a $25 palette and I’m wondering why I didn’t receive it.
