Missing Item

Hello! I am missing an item from my recent online order. It is listed on the receipt that came in the box, but it was not in there. It was a sample of the Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream that I got with a code I used last week. If this can’t be resolved—no biggie, but I was hoping to sample this cream! I saw that it is out of stock currently, so i’m not sure if this can be fixed.
