Missing Item: refuse to replace or refund items

I had 3 items missing from my sephora delivery and they won’t offer a reship/refund because they helped me before with my past issues. I called, i used the chat and i emailed and they all said the same thing. Below is the email i sent to them and their response. So if they keep tally how many times they helped you? That’s ridiculous! Do they have a way to justify that all the items were truly shipped and not forgotten or stolen? Should i be taking a video everytime i open a package from them? It seems that im not the only one who has experienced this issue. However, it seems that Sephora is taking advantage of their customers this way.
