Missing GWP

Received a package yesterday with the promotional item missing. Called CS and was told they cannot be shipped and offered BI points. No points have been added, still disappointed to not receive the promotional itemwhich I often make purchases for! I have had a rewards item missing once and that was mailed out right away which I appreciated. Also promoting that you get 5 samples rather than 3, even though the samples were different than chosen at least there were 5 samples in there unlike previous orders there were none. These samples and GWP are what inspire me to make purchases. Anyhow, still no BI points have been added to myaccount. The promotional item is still available so I would hope that if I order again it would make it in the package.
