Missed birthday gift

Hi does anyone know the rules on exceptions for missing the birthday gift window? My dad had passed away right after my birthday 3 months ago and with everything going on I didn’t have the memory or time to go online or in store to redeem it. I was just looking online now to place an order and remembered that birthday gifts were a thing and I had missed out on it yet again as 2 years prior I was in another country. Hoping anyone knows if you’re allowed to redeem it late somehow?

I missed my free gift because each time I went in store, they always said they ran out of all the free gifts! So upsetting when I went multiple times!

Hi @Lessybug Sorry to hear that! Please note, the birthday gift can be redeemed online anytime during your birthday month and before the year ends with a purchase of $25 or more!

I missed my free birthday gift also, since I was traveling for a month and barley got back this week. Then I’ve been recouping from being sick and noticed I missed picking out a gift by a week 😞

I just had the same issue. I am a December baby, who was out of the country for more than a month and the associate refused to give me my gift. Now unfortunately because I am born in the last month of the year I don't get anything if I miss it. Sigh...

Hi I wasn’t able to redeem my birthday gift as well (birthday 1/4) because the Sephora I went to was out of free gifts. Is it possible to still redeem the gift even though it’s 2/1?
