Makeup by Mario soft sculpt contour stick won’t twist

Hi! I recently bought my makeup by Mario contour stick and it’s not twisting anymore, what do I do?

I got mine a few months ago and i have hardly used it few times and have the same problem. It just wont twist and being really hard to use it now.

I’m having the same problem! Wont twist up at all, just bought it too. Tester worked fine

Mine is also doing the same. I’ve had it for just a couple months and haven’t used it a lot but mine is just no longer coming out of the stick no matter how much I twist it. Anyone know how to fix it? Could Sephora replace it or would I have to buy a whole new one?
