Major Disaster Disappointment

Got my order in today and more than half my GWP spilt… my so special reason I ordered and spent $40+ was for the Sol de Janeiro GWP and it spilt in my package and ruined my other products… so I am definitely going to be calling customer service as well… because how am I going to be compensated for this? it’s a total disrespect in proper packaging of items and the whole reason for ordering is for GWPs. Thankfully my other products weren’t ruined to the point that it can’t be used but it’s got fragrance all over it now. My fingers smell great but as I am typing this it’s because of the spilt fragrance… The fact it wasn’t shipped in a box coming from Ontario is seriously embarrassing on the packaging warehouse. My items were basically damaged. The plastic sealing on the Sol spray and it still didn’t protect it from leakage… is seriously a flawed design, besides the horrible packing job.  Going to be demanding great compensation for this because yet, another upsetting experience with Sephora. 
P.S. Did not receive the samples I had chosen and instead was given two samples of the same… like that’s pointless! Not trying to be ungrateful bc at least sample was still given.. unlike other times but SERIOUSLY?! two of the same thing??

Not even excited to use the two new products I ordered since it wasn’t even a need… ordered them because of course still wanted to try them but only made an order because of the gift with purchase. Now that whole idea is shattered… Sephora seriously needs to step up and take their packing jobs properly… 😞
