Mail in Return - No receipt

I need to return an item and I no longer have the receipt because I threw it out with the box. Totally my fault but I can't keep track of paper in my house! Is there a way to print a receipt from my online order? Can I print the entire order as a screen cap? Not sure how to proceed.

Hi @annalulu!

If you purchased the item online, you can print the Order Invoice directly on your account! Simply log into your account, hover your mouse over "Hi, (your name)" in the top right corner, click "Orders", select the order, then you can print the Order Invoice. Please be sure to include this in the returned package 🙂 If you planned on returning it to your local Sephora store, please bring the invoice with you.
