Made a Return Now Banned

I’ve had Rouge status for well over a year, now all of a sudden I’m banned from making orders online or on the app. 

I’ve called customer service multiple times and they refuse to solve the issue, different agents I’ve spoken to just say “they’ll have to look into it” and that my account is blocked for online purchases. 

FINALLY I was able to speak to an agent this week that provided a bit of clarity. Turns out, that Sephora flagged one of my returns from LAST YEAR because I disputed a charge???? He still wasn’t able to provide a resolution. 

I can confidently say I’ve NEVER disputed a charge from Sephora. 

Has anyone encountered any issues like this at all?Literally don’t know what to do, and the agents are no help at all at this point.
