MOLDY HERBIVORE BLUE TANSY MASK

Hi, I received the Herbivore Blue Tansy mask today. I was going to use it but it didn’t look right, I’ve tried this product before & this jar seems like it has molds in it & even all over the lid. It also looked like it was used, it just didn’t seem right at all. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks!

I posted a similar issue a few days ago, but haven't heard from anyone yet. Received my order last Friday and this is what it looked like when I opened it on Sunday. Pretty gross! Hope it gets resolved for you.

I had this same issue as well. Customer service told me there was nothing they can do because it passed the return date... you would think they would make an exception when a product is moldy!!
