MISSING BOTH SAMPLES & WRONG SIZE BOX

I ordered the silk pillowcase and had two samples that were supposed to come in with it and both those samples were missing however there was a Charlotte Tillberry sample of something else. 

I paid five dollars for the gift box which was too small for the gift(Silk pillowcase). 

I cannot use the box as the sizing is not correct for the item ordered along with both selected samples are missing. 

this is the third time that I have had samples missing or something is wrong with the order.
