Lost/stolen package

Hi guys this is my first time ordering during the Sephora sale last week. I order over 200 dollars worth of stuff, some Christmas gift, birthday gift and treat for myself because I just submitted my first round of college applications. However today when I got back from school I found that my order missing. This was the picture they send me very blurry can’t see the house number or anything also wide open to the public. I immediately called customer service but tried to get a refund or some kind of solution because you know this was a pretty expensive order. However they wouldn’t do anything I called twice and the second time the lady was very rude and just said there’s nothing to be done. It’s crazy to me that as a vip they can’t replace or refund my order. Someone please help me with this issue I’ve already cried over this since I basically just lost over 200 dollars.

This happened to me too my order was supposed to come before Christmas and it was delayed then it got delivered somewhere else but they dont wanna do refund or replacement
