Lost points

I tried to direct message the staff about this but the "send message" link didn't work and gave an error code, so apologies if this is the wrong place for this problem.

 

Anyways, i lost my points because i didn't use my account last calendar year, however i did make several purchases in stores without using my email/account. is there anyway to get my points restored in this case?

 

I ask because apparently even redeeming the free birthday gift is enough to stop points from disappearing, so i figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

@AndSho, I'm sorry for the trouble. Account activity would be purchases or redemptions made with your registered Beauty Insider email address or phone number. If you think there has been a mistake, we would be happy to look into it further.

That's too bad, I saw some other forum posts about points getting wiped out at the new year and it seemed like some people were getting theirs restored through support, is that possible?
