Lost package

Hi, i placed an order of one item (order # is  ) on November 3rd and on the tracking it says it was delivered on November 9th, but I have not received it. I checked everywhere on the porch, mailbox and asked my neighbors but it has not turned up. If i could have some assistance with this, that would be great. Thanks
