Lost my points

I had over 2000 points that I saved up for over a decade. I just saw my email that I now have 0 left. There was no notice or any thing that I would lose my points. And there was no way I had any money to shop during the pandemic. This really sucks and is frustrating….

My points are gone as well. And I had MANY saved and have not been inactive.
