Lost gift card after used it

used my gift card and I thought I had the information saved but I didn’t and I can’t find my gift card anywhere. I have the last 4 digits from the last time I used it. Is there anyway I could get it back?

I'm sorry to hear this! In general, gift cards cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. However, we're happy to see if we can assist. Did you redeem the gift card online or in store?

Hi! I have the exact same problem. I saved the gift card in the app, now it’s now missing. I only used a paritial amount so there’s quite a bit still on there. Please help!!!!

I'm sorry to hear this! The Sephora website and app do not currently have a space to store gift cards for future use. At this time, only credit/debit cards can be saved to your account. If you added the gift card information at checkout, we can't guarantee that it will be saved there for future use. If you redeemed the gift card in an online order previously, we may be able to look up the gift card number that way. 

 

It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this. Hi, a while ago you placed a block on my card. thanks. but now I need it UNBLOCKED as I have it (can provide card number an and PIN -  @LaurieBT we have a private message which  i cannot reply to but you will see our conversation) - I HAVE SPENT OVER 4 hours on the phone being transferred from Sephora to your e-gift provider and back and forth....called the store, used the chat..... AND LITERALLY nnoooooone can help me. 

 

Some people have even told me to request a refund with my bank. - which is an absolute joke..... WHEN/WHY would a bank refund a gift card - makes absolutely zero sense. 

 

I am REALLY HOPING you can help me b/c I am incredibly annoyed and just shocked at how difficult this entire process has been. Spoke to agents, chat agents, chat supervisors, sephora supervisors and egift supervisors and not 1 person has been able to help me. @LaurieBT
