Lost e-giftcard

Hi, I was gifted an e-giftcard and the email was deleted by mistake. The sender has the transaction on his credit card statement but has deleted the e-giftcard email as well. Can you please help? Thanks!

Hi I lost my e gift card worth of 100$ . I got gifted by my friends .  I got it through email and unfortunately it got deleted. Is there any way to retrieve it
