Lost / Stolen Package

I purchased my favourite perfume online at the end of September as a treat for a hectic month.  The original delivery date was supposed to be October 10 -16, which worked with my Thanksgiving weekend so I placed the order. However, shortly after the delivery changed to October 4. I was leaving for Winnipeg for Thanksgiving on the 5th so I was okay with this delivery date but unfortunately there was a weather delay, moving the delivery date to the 5th. 

 

I tried the "not going to be home" button on the tracking page but it didn't allow for Canadian provinces so I wasn't able to say not to leave the package at the house. My partner just returned home and the package is not there. I am devastated! 

 

This is the first time this has ever happened to me so I'm a bit lost. I saw other people had success with this forum so I wanted to give it a shot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
