Lost Scent / Perfume Certificate

Hello! I cannot find the certificate I got with my perfume sampler. Is there any way to track this so I can redeem? Thanks so much!

I've been trying for over 4 weeks  to get sephora's help on this and haven't been able to get anywhere. Where you able to redeem your coupon?

I also emailed customer support and they said this:

Thank you for contacting Sephora.com regarding your scent certificate.

We are sorry to hear that you lost your scent certificate. At this time, we are unable to replace the certificate as they only come in the perfume sampler set.

If we can assist you further, please contact us again by replying to this email or via phone at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).

So...no luck. Disappointed. 😞

I emailed Sephora's customer support and they replied with this:

"We are sorry to hear that you lost your scent certificate. At this time, we are unable to replace the certificate as they only come in the perfume sampler set."

If there is any way to see that I purchased this sampler and have not redeemed the certificate, that would be so great...otherwise, bummed.
