Lost Package

Hello everyone.

I have a bit of a issue here. I placed an order to arrive as a Graduation gift. My package shows it was “delivered” last Wednesday, but there is no package anywhere to be found. I checked with neighbors and I checked our cameras and no evidence of a package being dropped off. I emailed customer service and just got a response from them that I can’t be helped in this matter. so now I am out of money and need to re buy all of this. It is very unfair and I feel sad and frustrated. Can someone suggest what could be done next? Thanks
