Lost Package

My package is said by Canada Post to have been delivered this morning. However, I just checked with my concierge who claimed not received it. It was weird that Canada Post did not even ask for a signature upon delivery given I live in a condo. Is there anyone who bumped into similar situation before can advise me who should I turn to for next step in terms of finding back my package or arguing for compensation? Thank you very much!!
