Lost Cologne Voucher

I purchased the cologne sample pack back in February and have lost the voucher portion of it. Are they marked with serial numbers at all? Is there a way to prove that I haven’t redeemed it yet? I would hate for the $65 dollars to go to waste. Thanks! Ashleigh

My husband lost the voucher as well. I gave it to him for his birthday. Is there anything that can be done?
