Log in Issues

Hey! I recently moved to the UK from the US and I’m trying to log into my account on the UK site before the sale starts and it’s saying I don’t have an account. I’ve had my count since I was like 13 years old lol I don’t want to make a new one, and I know accounts are supposed to transfer. Plz help!

@jcanfield2021 I'm sorry for the confusion! The Beauty Insider Rewards program is only valid in the US and Canada and our systems are separate from the UK. You will need to make a new account to use there.
